What is the typical delivery timeframe for a new BBQ?
Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping typically takes 5-7 business days for standard models and 10-14 days for custom outdoor kitchen suites.
Do your BBQs come with a warranty?
Yes, all Tucker BBQs are backed by a comprehensive 5-year structural warranty and a 2-year warranty on electronic ignition components and burners.
Can I convert my BBQ from LPG to Natural Gas?
Most of our models are dual-gas compatible. However, for safety reasons, gas conversions must be performed by a licensed gas fitter using the specific conversion kit available in our accessories shop.
What is your return policy for large outdoor equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for unused items in their original packaging. Please note that due to the size and weight of our products, return shipping fees and a 15% restocking fee may apply.
Do you offer professional installation services?
We provide detailed assembly guides and video tutorials for all products. For built-in outdoor kitchens, we can recommend certified contractors in your local area to ensure a seamless installation.
