It has a variable heat control offering you plenty of range from simmering to boiling. This model Is a drop in bench model wok so that you can build into your outdoor kitchen. This model is only suitable for non combustible surfaces. An Insulation Jacket is available as an option for combustible surfaces

Unlike other manufacturers if you select Natural Gas, we will supply your unit already converted to Natural Gas ready for plug and play (Most just send a Natural Gas Kit which requires an authorised person to change over the jets).
